#  Teaching 

 



I am passionate about teaching in the areas of religion, history, and literature. In addition to leading an undergraduate tutorial in the Department of Near Eastern Languages and Civilizations (NELC), I am currently a teaching assistant for a graduate course called "The Prophet Muhammad in History, Devotion, and Polemic" at Harvard Divinity School. In Spring 2024, I designed and taught the course "Shīʿī Islam in Safavid Iran: Religion, Culture, and Change" in NELC. During my time as a student, I served as a teaching fellow for courses on Islamic mystical traditions, Women and Gender in the Quran, and led the elementary Persian language courses (Persian AA & AB) in the NELC Department.
